With the I2C output card, 8 digital AC power consumers can be switched.
The I2C output card can accept 8 digital AC power consumers
e.g. Hunter solenoid valves 24V AC for garden irrigation or pneumatic valves for 24VAC
be switched.
The outputs are galvanically isolated from the I2C bus with optocouplers.
The circuit uses the negative logic because the I2C port expansion module PCF8574 switches on all outputs at voltage.
When controlling, only the desired bit pattern has to be inverted. Or subtract from the 255 desired output value before transferring it to the output card.
